Kaban ni D_BystandeR: PAGLIBOG SA KATAWHAN ANG TANAN???

In whatever event, the Garcia family has conspicuously got the trade mark of resorting to all kinds of sowing confusion by throwing threats of filing legal cases in court even if they are the ones who instigated a wrong doing. 

It is a glaring sign of "abuse" of their having been known as a family of lawyers believing that even if they are the ones knowingly at fault they try to wriggle out to squeeze themselves off the whole  mess believing they can change the people's state of mind to 

exculpate them from their accountability of committing something contrary to the normal way things are done. The case of a tourist bus in Barili which the suspended governor Gwen had entrusted to a barangay captain Nelson Anore of Mantalongon instead of to the Mayor

of Barili Teresito Marinas who is supposed to be the titular head of a municipality and who is believed to have greater scope and level of responsibility as town mayor compared to a barangay captain. What turned out is the tourist bus is now being cannibalized, stripped of its tires, wipers and sound system and hidden in a private warehouse within the municipality. When Governor Agnes Magpale issued a recall order to pull out the tourist bus from the custody of that barangay captain it was found out hidden and kept in a private warehouse. The team which took the bus back to the municipal hall area from that private warehouse were led by Barili town police chief, Inspector Arvi Arbuis and Eva Encabo, Chief of General Services at the Capitol together with the elements of the mayor's office. And because Gov. Magpale threatened to file charges against those  responsible for the "mess" affecting the tourist bus, Vice Mayor Marlon Garcia, brother of the suspended governor Gwen threatened to file counter charges which is no longer surprising because it could be remembered the Garcia family also filed charges against DILG Sec. Mar Roxas, PRO 7 Director Marcelo Garbo and several others as a result of the serving and implementation of a suspension order to  suspend Gwendolyn Garcia for six months for the crime of "usurping the powers" of Vice Governor Sanchez when the man was still alive. That was a counter charge when the police filed a case against the son of Gwen named Paulo Garcia who allegedly slapped the head of a police commander while instructing his men to dismantle the tents hastily erected by the Garcia camp inside the Capitol ground purportedly for the vigil prayer in anticipation of the governor's suspension. Barangay Health Workers from the provinces were allegedly called to come to the Capitol on some pretext but ended up being asked to participate in that vigil prayer leaving their important works behind to answer a political call. And that group of "hakot" people was made to create the impression that supporters from the provinces had voluntarily came on their own to rally and support against the impending suspension. It was a "bright" calculated move designed to boost the moral of the suspended governor but it didn't work out as planned and got busted with the presence of police authorities numbering 200 which made Mike Rama to complain that the Capitol ground already looked like a "garrison" to him as he a known close friend of Gwen. In another instance, another member of the Garcia family, a mayor of Dumanjug, Nelson Garcia, not to be outdone came up with another version to shun and insult the presence of the lady now considered the one representing the power and authority of the entire province of Cebu, Gov. Magpale and PB Member Arleigh Sitoy were the subject of a municipal council resolution signed by the councilors belonging to One Cebu Party except three who are LP declaring Gov. Magpale and PB Member Sitoy as "persona non grata" to the town of Dumanjug. Such kind of unthinkable council resolution could have only been made possible with the orchestration of a "sick mind" of Dumanjug Mayor Nelson Garcia. Does he think he now owns the public domain of Dumanjug to have come up with that weird kind of decision? It is the belief of some independent minded people that the Garcias are already "drunk with power" and believing the people will still support and rally behind their political supremacy like what they felt during the height of the reign of that "little girl" GMA who earned that infamous name as the most "korakot" president we ever had in the Philippines, they are wrong. 

There is a prediction that as a result of their unpopular and discredited behavior in Cebu politics, the Cebuano electorate will castigate them that no member of the Garcia family will be able to make it in the coming polls in May this year.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCAÑO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
