I don't think Atty. Frank would be privy to any "monkey business" during the presidential election  in Cebu in 2004 where the popular actor-turned-politician Fernando Poe, Jr. was badly "battered" with results that appeared similar to the "modus operandi" employed by the dreaded Ampatuans of Maguindanao. If the manipulation was so perfectly done that not even a smoke came out of it, he could not blame senatorial candidate and daughter of late actor FPJ, Grace Poe Llamanzares because what could be considered as "highly confidential info" that came into their private knowledge but did not make it public because at that time that "Little Girl" GMA was wielding enormous political power could be true but only there was no "brave soul" to come into the open. But let's not talk about it because that is now considered water under the bridge. What I want to bring to Atty. Frank's attention is the P728 million fertilizer scam that drove Jocjoc Bolante in hiding reaching as far as the States to seek political asylum but was denied and only came back when talk about it waned. 

If he wants to be defensive of the "shenanigans" done by that "Little Girl" that case involving Bolante is one of the many cases where GMA 's dirty fingers were clearly caught and documented and it was even the  committee of Ex-Sen. Jun Magsaysay which took active part in that investigation.
