argument, it goes back to the importance of the RH bill becoming a law. But you
should be aware too that the passage alone of that bill does not make it like
"a walk in the park" because the Catholic church hierarchy is still
hardly embroiled in their election campaign of "Team Buhay" Vs.
"Team Patay." They would rather like to see population
"explosion" than admit to the necessity of RH helping make a
"controlling effect" on the number of offspring to pave the way for
"family planning" that best answer to the financial status of
parents.

I support that bill.. but
if a stricter "Responsible Parenthood Bill" is introduced ill support
that instead of the parent RH Bill..
I believe that
"responsibility" and "discipline" is the keyword that all
aspiring parents should take into consideration.. we a re a 3rd world country,
life is not easy and blaming the institution is one thing and self-reliance is
another.. people should start to depend less on things they cannot control.
