In the case where Judge Menmen Paredes intervened because he pitied an RTC stenographer ordered arrested and detained by Judge Rosabella Tormis of MTCC Branch 4 by direct contempt is one  example of how she considered and dispensed her power arbitrarily devoid  of wisdom, judicious constraint and fair play. Wa gyuy basul nga mag-una ug mao na ni karon ang mohamok sa iyang konsyensya kana kon duna man gani siyay nahibilin pang konsyensya. 

We hope this dismissal of a judge and a Clerk of Court Reynaldo Teves will serve as a fair warning to all judges who are now in the brink of committing "shady deals" to think twice because the new lady Chief Justice Lourdes Sereno is seriously trying to implement cleaning the courts of those "undesirables" who are making a mockery of  justice to the detriment of the people in general who expect that justice is  served just and fair by that "proverbial lady with her eyes blindfolded."
