Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI TUKMA'NG PAGBUHAT SA BULUHATON

The incompetent way by which the DSWD higher-ups have shown in resolving the conflict with the Pablo typhoon victims needs the immediate intervention of President Noynoy as the poor typhoon victims are now crying for help with empty stomachs. 

And yet Sec. Dinky Soliman of DSWD has the temerity to announce the filing of necessary charges against the poor typhoon victims whose only "misdeeds" was to dramatize how badly they are in need of the sacks of rice which the DSWD has unduly withheld from them in its warehouse for a long time to the detriment of the typhoon victims who are almost dying out of hunger. The foreign countries are now at a loss how come it took them too long to dilly-dally their job maybe because they are enjoying the comfort of their air-conditioned offices and have their needed amenities at their finger tips. 

If only they were at the shoes of the typhoon victims they will know what "the heck of a hell" to be in their situations.
