Kaban ni D_BystandeR: ANG PANGRAKRAK MAY PAGTUGOT SA ITAAS???

A controversy is now coming out and despite earlier report that Operation "Coplan Armado" has the blessing in Malacanang being under the office of Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, a clearer view disclaiming any connection whatsoever from that grim incident in Atimonan, Quezon has been issued by Executive Secretary Ochoa and Chief Supt. Reginald Villasanta as PAOCC Director who claimed there was no approval given. But Glenn Dumlao says with or without approval still it can go on if it has been approved in the regional level. Dumlao was linked to Dacer-Corbito murder case which up to now  remains hanging up in the air. But Chief Supt.Villasanta says an investigation is now on-going on that bloody incident which claimed the lives of 13 people. I wonder if any "no-nonsense" investigation can still be obtained inasmuch as Supt. Marantan, one of the three signatories of the "Coplan Armado" on the regional level, and who was the only one in the group of combined forces of police and military men who got shot in his hand and foot in the "alleged shootout" had his "wounded foot" already placed under a "plastercast."

How could the investigators conducting to find out if the bullet trajectory "fits" into his description about his position during the "alleged encounter" to determine if it was not "self-inflicted" and "staged-managed" in order to justify the loss of 13 lives of the victims. The use of "self-inflicted" wound was already used in the United States particularly in the State of Illinois but it didn't succeed due to advanced investigative techniques employed by the investigators. The man who murdered his wife and three children, two daughters and youngest son (eldest, 15 and youngest, 10), using self-inflicted" wound as alibi and evidence that his wife whom he accused as under her bipolar state of mind at the time of the incident shot him first in his knee then "finished off" their three children before killing herself with a shot in her head, was recently sentenced by the court 2 months ago to "multiple" life sentences. The people wants to know if justice in America can still be applied in the Philippines in this particular case considering that this man Marantan, viewing his police records, is already connected to countless lives of victims who died in his hands under "questionable encounters."

In another news item, DILG Secretary Mar Roxas placed 40 lives in all lost to this man and expressed surprise why he is still allowed by his superiors "outside assignments" when he is a known  "trigger-happy" guy.
