This guy, Nestor Pascual, has no business working in NBI with his mind only a child will do, playing with a gun. And because somebody in the group noticed the danger in playing with a gun, for purposes of avoiding accidental firing another agent who just came in took the gun from Pascual and returned it only after removing the bullets. But the apparently drunk agent resented the move, and instead of being thankful to the friendly gesture of a co-worker who wanted to save him the trouble in that night's occasion - NBI-NCR Party in its Manila headquarters - reloaded his gun and fired 4 shots to Joselito Guillen.
Pascual's reason for doing so is flimsy. And with the kind of irresponsible man that he is, bringing shame to his Office and hisco-workers, he deserves the "full force of the law" to dismiss him with "no second thought" regardless of how powerful and influential his "godfather is."
