Kaban ni D_BytandeR: WALA MAUYONI NI MIKE ANG PRESENSYA SA KAPOLISAN

If Mike Rama does not like police officers assigned at the Capitol because for him it looks like a "garrison," why does he not ask his "friend" the suspended governor Gwen to leave the place so there is no more need for PRO 7 Director Marcelo Garbo to assign his men there. I read from previous news reports that Garbo himself does not like that situation because with limited personnel he has to stretch his men carefully balancing it because if only Gwen did not create a problem and stuck inside the Capitol like a "leech" he can concentrate his men on the police works related to Sinulog. The problem with  Mike Rama is that because his mind is too preoccupied with lots of politics he can no longer think responsibly and instead asks Garbo to "pull out" the police  assigned in the area at the Capitol to promote chaos and then blame Gov. Magpale and Director Garbo for any "peace disruption." If I were Director Garbo I will let Rama sign a document that as a result of police being "pulled out" from Capitol whatever "peace and order" problem that may arise there it will make Rama answerable and he has to take the blame. But I know Rama is a "shrewd" operator and he would not accept it. 

He just want to "keep on asking things" that will give comfort to his friend Gwen because if Director Garbo takes the "bait" and plays his "tricks" Rama will just be laughing like a  hyena if anything "untoward" happens and he will just wash his hands.
