Kaban ni D_BystandeR: LAHI NGA PANAN-AW???

Even if the Law Department of COMELEC-Manila has already come out with their decision declaring Agnes Magpale as the "incumbent Governor of Cebu," the daughter-lawyer of the suspended governor Gwendolyn Garcia wants to come out with another opinion favoring her mother that Gwendolyn Garcia  should be the one considered as "incumbent governor" because she was elected by the people. It therefore follows that even if  her mother was suspended by President Noynoy based on the charges that Vice Governor Greg Sanchez filed against her mother and for which a decision was rendered declaring her guilty of usurpation of powers of the Vice Governor she is still the "incumbent governor" according to the opinion of lawyer Cristina Frasco, Gwen's daughter which is totally absurd if we are to consider that the suspension order is a valid order of the President. It is the common consensus of independent observers that a lawyer who wants to defend a relative and much more a mother in a case will tend to be incoherent and would therefore like to stretch the meaning of anything "accepted as legal" in a different context just to suit and justify her false perception of what really should be considered as the real and appropriate interpretation of law and accepted as truth. 

Even non-lawyers, ordinary citizens can easily understand that Gwendolyn Garcia is no longer a governor because she is suspended by the President in a case of usurpation of powers of Vice Governor Greg Sanchez.
