In a report, it was disclosed that there was a free distribution of rice done in Daanbantayan, Cebu and Mayor Loot was quick to criticize that it was  all done because of politics. But during Madam Gwen's time when she  went around Cebu municipalities together with her brother PJ at her side,  distributing "goodies" to barangays like the early version of "San Claus" on pre-Christmas visits to the countrysides, nobody complained where she  got her funding, if it was from her own personal pocket or from the taxpayers' money. And Mayor Loot was very silent because she was already "at peace" with Madam Gwen especially that she was assured that projects intended  for the development of Daanbantayan which got stalled for 3 years because of a "spat" she had with Madam Gwen will be resumed as a result of her newly "re-connected" friendship with Madam Gwen. 

I think it's best for Mayor Loot to study what's behind the lines of Erap's popular quote, "Weder-weder lang."
