Once Gwendolyn Garcia steps out of her office inside the provincial Capitol to make political sorties to the different towns of the province, Governor Agnes Magpale should right away takeover that office and  to order the police through Director Marcelo Garbo of PRO 7 to clear it from whoever is left behind to guard it in her absence to resolve once and for all her supremacy as the legally installed provincial caretaker by virtue of the suspension order which was dishonored and shamelessly disrespected by Gwendolyn Garcia, the suspended  governor. Magpale should unequivocally assert her right and authority to claim the governor's office and to declare once and for all that the "siege" of that office by the suspended governor is finally over. She should take advantage of that situation otherwise she can no longer validly claim it because she has already "abandoned" her chance to exert her valid right to occupy the position.

Her failure to take advantage of that opportunity will be considered her lackluster claim to the position and will therefore be interpreted as a sign of "weakness" not worthy for the position of "Acting Governor" that she now legally assumed.
